Terms & Conditions of Service
1. Registration: The Rs. 5,000 fee is for profile vetting and administrative costs and is non-refundable regardless of the outcome.
2. Success Fee: The Rs. 25,000 success fee is mandatory and must be cleared within 7 days of the family's mutual agreement (Engagement/Baat Pakki) to proceed with the union.
3. Verification: While Rishta 360 Rahnuma performs basic vetting, the ultimate responsibility for background checks (financial, criminal, character and medically) lies solely with the client family.
4. Conduct: Any form of misbehavior or providing false information will result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
5. Privacy: We will not share your contact details with any party without your explicit "Go-Ahead."
